FAQ
How do we book a session or wedding?
A.Head to the 'Contact Me' page. You can include as many details as you have, I'll confirm availability, and you will then receive a contract and a retainer invoice, and your date will be officially reserved.
Do you require a retainer?
A.Yes. A non-refundable retainer of 25% is due at the time of booking to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due closer to your session or wedding.
Do you offer payment plans?
A.Absolutely! Many couples and families split payments into smaller installments. Just let me know what works best for you and that will be set up once your date has been officially reserved.
Do you travel?
A.Yes. I'm based in Kootenai County, ID. I do travel up to a certain distance depending on the session at no extra cost to you. However past those distances, there may be travel fees included.
When will we receive our photos?
A.Family and short story session galleries are delivered within about 2-4 weeks with a sneak peak shared within 2 business days.
Weddings and elopements galleries are delivered in about 4-6 weeks (depending on peak season scheduling) with a sneak peak shared within 2-5 business days.
How will we recieve our photos?
A.Your images will be delivered in a private online gallery where you can download, share, and order prints.
Do you include a second shooter for weddings?
A.I am a solo photographer and typically shoot alone.
A second shooter is available as an add-on depending on availability.
Can we print our photos anywhere?
A.Yes. All packages include a print release. You can print anywhere you like. All packages also include the option to purchase prints from a professional lab.
What happens if the weather is bad?
A.North Idaho does have unpredictable weather at times. We will continue with the session unless the weather interferes with the quality of the images taken or for everyone's personals safety. In such an example, we would adjust our location, wait for a break in the weather, or reschedule as needed.
What happens if we need to reschedule or cancel?
A.Life happens! Retainers are non-refundable, but I'm happy to reschedule if given advance notice and availability allows.

Once you book your wedding with KrysE Photography you automatically become a member of Legacy for Life, which means you'll receive 10% off every future session for life.
